Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All items in your order must be sent to a single “ship to” address.
A valid United States address is required.
We do not ship to third-party shippers.
Items ship within 2-3 business days.
Only items that are shipped are charged.
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method by 12:30 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped out the same business day.
Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM ET and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
An email will be sent to the email address on file with the following details once orders ship:

• Order Billing and Tracking Details
• Unavailable Items (if applicable)

Please note: Avon Websales currently does not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO). Please use a valid street address instead.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipments

Small orders weighing less than one pound are shipped via the USPS and cannot be tracked online. They will be delivered within 12 mailing days.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS daily. Tracking is unavailable online and will not be included in your order email. A separate email will be sent to the email address on file with tracking information. They will be delivered within 12-14 mailing days.

Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

Orders containing products with ingredients that are designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law are shipped with Standard Ground delivery only.
This includes items such as nail enamels and some bath and body products.
These products will be noted as “Ground-shipping only” on the site.
Products with ingredients that are considered hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Customers with an AvonWebsales.com Account

Free Standard Ground Shipping is available to customers with an AvonWebsales.com account in which the merchandise total is $60 or over.

• No coupon code is required.
• Free shipping offers do not apply to Next-Day or Expedited shipping methods.
• Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a 15% charge based on the merchandise total for Alaska and Hawaii. The minimum charge is $7.

Shipping fees for customers with an AvonWebsales.com account and place orders in which the merchandise total is less than $60:

• Flat Rate Standard Ground (2-14 Business Days): $8
• Expedited Delivery (2 Business Days): $15.90
• Expedited Delivery (Next Business Day): $24.90

Note: Avon Websales does not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO).

Customers without an AvonWebsales.com Account

Shipping fees for customers without an AvonWebsales.com account are based on order amounts:

• Expedited Delivery (2 Business Days): $15.90
• Expedited Delivery (Next Business Day): $24.90

Shipping Restrictions to California

If a product cannot be sold in California due to Proposition 65 labeling requirements, a message will appear at checkout.

International Orders

We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside of the 50 United States.

State and Local Taxes

Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales and use taxes. Avon Websales has activities in each state of the United States that subject it to state and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, Avon Websales is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. You may be interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax to the taxing jurisdiction. The appropriate taxes (based on the “ship to” location) will be added to your order. An estimated dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen. The actual tax amount will appear in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you once your order has shipped. State and local sales taxes are based on the merchandise subtotal including shipping and handling in all states except ID, IL, MA, NJ, and OK, where tax is based only on the merchandise total.
